By purchasing this DTF printer, buyers understand that dtf inks clog the print head more easily than any other ink. Due to lack of maintenance, printheads can become clogged, which can lead to permanent blockages if not cleaned in time. After set up with our technician and test the print head(works perfectly) ,the printhead is not covered under warranty. Once the buyer receives the printer and the print nozzles have been checked without any issue(must test in 7 days after delivery date), the buyer acknowledges that the printhead is functioning properly. Returns will not be accepted after that(Exception:check our return policy if buyer did not fill up ink and never use the printer). After the printer is set up and the buyer prints perfect DTF film, the buyer admits that printhead problems are not considered defective products.
